Equipment and Inventory Appraisal Report Types
A) Onsite Inventory and Asset Confirmation Report
Ideal for bankruptcy and business disputes situations. Providing a 3rd party audit services for large corporations, banks, trustees, landlords and bailiffs.
Tasks include all onsite fixed assets and inventory to be barcoded and inventoried.
Detail report providing:
- Item description
- Serial Number
- Date of manufacture
- Item currently in use.( assets that are under electrical power and gas)
- Physical location of asset
Onsite Inventory and Asset Confirmation Reports are a schedule of assets providing details and photographs usually for reference for asset disposition purposes. No value is determined or given.
B) Desktop Appraisal Report
A desktop appraisal report is used to determine a value without the expense of on-site inspection and a detailed analysis on the condition of the assets or equipment. You send us pictures and a brief description of the equipment and we provide a value based on the information provided.
C) Summary Appraisal Report
Used for determining value according to Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice ( USPAP). Types of evaluations provided are fair market value, orderly liquidation value and forced liquidation value of your assets. Onsite inspection is required. Report expresses a single value for each tangible asset and an aggregate value is reported. Require availability of equipment manuals, maintenance records and refurbishment invoices.
